This role combines equipment operation with essential maintenance tasks, offering a blend of routine and challenge—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving.
Aggregate Maintenance/Operator Responsibilities:
- Safely operate front-end loaders
- Feed raw materials into the aggregate pant
- conduct start-up and shut down procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on crushing and screening equipment
- Troubleshoot and replace screens, bearings, and conveyor systems
- Perform daily safety and preventative maintenance checks
- Maintain clean and hazard- free work areas
Aggregate Maintenance/Operators Desired Skills:
- Mechanically Inclined
- Experience (or willingness to learn) with loaders and aggregate equipment
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Climb ladders/stairs up to 24 feet
- Work in varied weather
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as needed
