Jura is looking for an energetic, sales driven professional to support the Jura Inc. internal Sales Team, specifically servicing the Wests Coast sales team. This person will help drive external sales, streamline processes and enhance internal communications within the sales team(s) and with our external retail partners. Located in Northern NJ, we are searching for this employee to complete the Jura customer experience. What is Jura?

With the coffee-to-bean experience, JURA automatic coffee machines produce the finest high-pressure-brewed coffee, espresso, cappuccino and latte, cup by cup. JURA automatic coffee centers provide more choices in coffee volume and coffee strength than any other.

Responsibilities:

· Provide general administrative support to Sales Leadership team to include:

  • Scheduling meetings
  • Preparing sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain overall sales collateral
  • Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting processes

· Provide support and follow up with national accounts.

· Act as liaison between Manufacturers reps and Commercial Distributors

· Attend and scribe both internal sales meetings and virtual national account meetings.

· Maintain and distribute the internal price list

· Maintain and distribute weekly Point of Sale reports

· Maintain and distribute item Set-up forms

· Facilitate Regional returns

· Manage the internal shared file directories

· Other projects as needed to include:

  • Telemarketing campaigns coordinated with remote retail accounts
  • Edit and organize files on internal shared drives

· Provide assistance as needed: Sales Order Processing and Marketing teams

Requirements:

· Limited travel year 1; with expected increase in travel needs thereafter to include regional trade shows and national accounts visits.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

· Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central a plus

· Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail

· College degree

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to understand sales analytics

· Ability to develop problem solving skills and decision making from a sales perspective

· Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing exceptional customer experience(s)

Reports to:

Vice President, Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

  • Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
