We are seeking an Inventory Supervisor to join our Operations & Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration, coordination, and management of the responsibilities set forth below.
This role will be based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up new inventory warehouses and develop processes and procedures to maintain the proper stock levels and accurate count.
- Will lead all procurement requirements for the Operations & Maintenance department.
- Inventory Supervisor will need problem-solving skills to come up with ways to improve overall efficiency and overcome inventory problems.
- Executes the sourcing process for the Operations & Maintenance department.
- Analyzes responses to complex bid requests, points out commercial differences, and makes succinct recommendations in selecting appropriate suppliers for contract awards.
- Develops new sources of supply and monitors ongoing supplier performance.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
- High School Grad/ GED
- 5 years of experience
- Supervisor/ Management Experience: 2 years
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
