- Manage and coordinate project schedules using advanced project management software such as Primavera P6 and Procore to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Oversee construction estimating processes, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations to optimize project profitability.
- Lead project teams through effective project scheduling, resource allocation, cost management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies across all sites.
- Foster collaboration among project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution from planning through completion.
- Utilize construction management software like Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Monitor construction budgets diligently while managing change orders and financial forecasts to maintain profitability.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and progress milestones.
- Develop and implement best practices for construction schedule coordination and project documentation processes.
- Lead efforts in managing complex infrastructure projects involving civil works, heavy civil components, or commercial developments.
- Review construction plans and blueprints thoroughly to identify potential issues early in the project lifecycle.
- Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors ensuring clear scope definitions and performance expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the construction division to enhance efficiency and quality outcomes.
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction site management across diverse infrastructure or commercial projects.
