What You’ll Do
- Proactively source, connect with, and recruit top sales agents in the payments space.
- Build meaningful relationships with Jupiter agents and help them grow their teams.
- Maintain a sales pipeline to meet monthly goals - drive pipeline from agents.
- Maintain a high-activity pipeline - outreach, calls, LinkedIn activity, and follow-ups.
- Screen for both qualifications and cultural fit to ensure long-term success.
- Support onboarding and make sure every new agent feels connected from day one.
- Collaborate with other Jupiter teams to support agents.
