What you’ll do
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems, using diagnostic tools.
- Complete work orders for various maintenance tasks, such as appliance repairs and property upkeep.
- Troubleshoot plumbing and electrical problems in units and around property.
- Collaborate with team members on projects involving installation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their maintenance needs.
Basic qualifications
- HVAC Certified
- Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair and property maintenance.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience as a multifamily maintenance technician
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
