Responsibilities
- Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Support children's individual needs through attentive caregiving, behavior management, and positive reinforcement techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to plan educational activities aligned with developmental milestones and curriculum guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and daily experiences.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures, emergency response plans, and sanitation practices.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on childhood development, special education strategies, and classroom management.
Requirements
- A genuine love for working with children combined with a caring attitude and patience.
- Basic knowledge of childhood development principles and early education practices.
- Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate learning activities
- Help children thrive from 6 weeks to 12 years old
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and the ability to respond calmly in emergency situations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
- Reliable attendance record with a professional approach to caregiving responsibilities.
