What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing Coordinator position at JUPITER ISLAND CLUB?
The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for efficient receipt and distribution of all goods and services of the Club. Perform storeroom operation tasks including but not limited to receiving, counting, inspecting, unpacking, storing, documenting and distributing merchandise. Assists Purchasing Manager in all their duties as needed.

Receive and inspect all deliveries according to the Club's standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with all product specifications, prices and quantities stated in the purchase order.
Organize all storeroom locations and ensure proper rotation of all products using the First In- First Out Method. (FIFO)
Perform daily counts of storerooms and report stock levels to Purchasing Manager.
Perform a digital receiving record for every order received using Procure to Pay and Back Office Systems. Submit invoices with the receiving activity record attached to a daily basis to the Purchasing Manager.
Transport all goods, materials and supplies efficiently to the right department.
Fulfill requisitions and distribute goods and products to appropriate locations using dollies, handcarts, golf carts and/or company van. Handles and document movement of merchandise from storage areas to the respective departments through a requisition form.
Maintains high sanitation standards for all storerooms, walk-in coolers, freezers and loading docks are to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Sweeps and mops all areas daily.
Ensure proper operation of freezers, refrigerators, and walk-in coolers and notify management of any repair equipment needed.
Pickup and delivery of items from outside of the Club as necessary.

Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
