LINX MM Project Coordinator

Job Description Summary

The Project Coordinator supports the PM, PE and other project team members in effort to ensure the accomplishment of the project objective pre and post-award. Professionally represents LINX and effectively support project delivery process. As a Project coordinator with LINX you will closely assist the project management and other operations personnel in driving successful project results, from per-construction throughout final closeout.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Invoicing of projects in conjunction with Project Manager
• Provide insight to state of budget on project
• Document change orders for tracking and status and apply to project budget
• Manage change order requests from the client
• Assist in tracking and follow through of RFI and project directive process
• Oversee submittal and O&M completion
• Ability to communicate project status and scheduling with employees and subcontractors
• Aid Installation Technicians with time sheets and reporting functions as necessary
• Initiate and maintain Linx Field Directive documents
• Assist in a post close-out project review and lessons learned

• Assist in documentation for appropriate project close out
• Assist in Project and Financial Setup of Projects in LINX Systems

Compensation

• Competitive compensation based on experience $19-$24/hr
