Jupiter Dive Center is located in Jupiter, FL with the best diving in Palm Beach County. We offer Scubapro equipment, SDI and TDI scuba certification, exotic travel, fills, tank and equipment service. Our warm tropical waters provide excellent diving opportunities year-round, with daily Scuba Diving Charters that explore the fantastic coral reefs, ridges, wrecks, and caves of Jupiter.
Retail Scuba Diving Sales Professional - Jupiter Dive Center
This position is part of the in-store retail team. Scuba sales experience would be great along with the right attitude and a passion for all things diving. Jupiter Dive Center is a full-service dive center with 2 dive boats. We sell Scubapro equipment. We offer boat charters daily, instruction, gear and tank service and travel.
As a Retail Sales associate, you must be able to general sales, have a working knowledge of all retail equipment categories, service and fill tanks, manage and stock inventory items, manage payments/cash and keep the store clean.
Responsibilities include:
- Fill, inspect tanks and service tanks. (must be able to lift tanks In store, or boat in and out of truck.)
- Phone management: reservations, equipment questions, travel and general inquiries.
- Cash management: point of sales/ computer experience.
- Schedule charters and classes and assign the appropriate crew member for said schedule.
- Sell/answer question regarding scuba equipment.
- Keep the store clean.
- 30-40 hours per week including weekends.
- Additional responsibilities as directed.
Requirements:
- Initial and random drug testing.
- Driving is required for this positon
- Lift scuba tanks and load veichele
- Must be a certified scuba diver with drift diving experience.
- 18 years or older.
- Work 8 or 10 hour shifts, holidays and weekends.
- Must be a US citizen or have work permit to work in the USA.
Opportunity for additional hours if you are an active dive master and/or instructor.
Opportunity for regulator technician hours if you are current with a Scubapro technician certification.
