Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Clinic/outpatient RN to take an assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in CVICU specialty applying for prior to travel assignments.
- Must have 18 months of recent CVICU experience.
- Travel experience will suffice for the required experience.
- Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission.
- AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications are required and need to be active with nothing pending.
- Must have one reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for submission.
- Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

**Assessments and Tests:**

- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, and an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.

**Vaccine and Drug Screen Requirements:**

- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
- Nurses and CSTs are temporarily exempt from Nicotine-Free Facility Requirements.
- All other travelers must be nicotine-free — Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start and must be updated annually.

**Additional Requirements:**

- BCI/FBI prints are time-sensitive and must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.
- Facility does not accept any license hits or travelers with an open case.
- Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.

**Submission Guidance:**

- Travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System.
- Standard Qualivis Cover Sheet must be completed and filled in.
- Profiles should be submitted with one reference and interview availability included in the cover sheet notes section.
