**Experience Required:**
- 2 years of experience required in General, Ortho, OBGYN, Robotics, Urology, Hand, and Podiatry.

**Certifications:**
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.

**Licensure/Qualifications:**
- The position involves travel to a facility in New Mexico, and candidates should ensure their agency is registered with the state due to fingerprint requirements for all NM travelers.

**Skills/Qualifications:**
- Exceptional adaptability and strong clinical judgment.
- Extensive knowledge of diverse surgical procedures, techniques, instrumentation, and technology.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, anticipate procedural needs, and respond efficiently to changing patient conditions and surgical case requirements.
- Commitment to promoting seamless surgical care delivery and maintaining a safe operative environment.

**Leadership Skills:**
- Ability to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, first assistants, and ancillary support staff.
