Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Charleston, West Virginia.

Job Details:

**Required Experience:**
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Must have chest tube insertion assistance, management and removal experience
- Central line experience required
- External/internal pacemakers, wound vacs experience required

**Preferred Experience:**
- Previous Charge Experience
- Trauma Level I & II Experience
- Community Hospital Experience
- LTAC Experience
- Charting System Experience preferred

**Certifications:**
- BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- PALS (if required by the unit) through the American Heart Association (AHA)

**Licensure:**
- WV RN license in hand to submit or Compact License accepted; pending license accepted for submission

**Skills:**
- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
- Telemetry
- Critical Drip Experience: Amiodarone, Cardizem, Insulin, Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Argatroban

**Other Requirements:**
- 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required
- Previous probationary actions on a license will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Must have a permanent address 100 miles from the facility, candidates between 75-100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- COVID-19 Vaccine not required; Flu Vaccine required with medical exemptions only

**Technical Skills:**
- Charting: Cerner

**Leadership Experience:**
- Previous Charge Experience preferred
