**Minimum Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** 2 years of experience in a PICU or equivalent high-acuity pediatric setting. Experience in a pediatric ICU is a must, but cardiac, ECMO, and dialysis experience is not required.

**Certifications:**
- **BLS (Basic Life Support):** Required
- **PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support):** Required
- **ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support):** Preferred (but not required for immediate start)

**Skills/Experience:**
- Cardiorespiratory monitoring, including ventilator management
- Management of patients on sedation infusions and titratable drips
- Handling complex pediatric neurological cases (e.g., seizure management, post-surgical recovery)
- Experience with arterial lines, central lines, and other invasive monitoring tools
- Ability to handle pediatric patients in distress, including those with respiratory or sepsis issues
- Experience in a setting where you may be exposed to adult patients requiring emergency care would be an asset

**Working Conditions:**
- **Shifts:** 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 36 hours per week. Fixed shifts (no frequent schedule flipping), allowing for consistent and predictable scheduling.
- **Contract Length:** 10-13 weeks, with potential for an extension depending on performance and needs.
- **Patient Population:** Primarily pediatrics with occasional adult patients in the medical/surgical unit.
