Job Details:

**Required Experience and Certifications:**
- Minimum of 1 year of oncology and PCU experience required
- Chemotherapy certification preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ONS/ONCC certification required

**Licensure:**
- Active RN license required for submission

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Must pass a Pass/Fail exam during orientation with a minimum score of 90%
- Required competencies include ventilator and other hemodynamic monitoring (CVP, Aline, Swan, EV-1000), and ICP with real-time training available
- Must adhere to the fingernail policy prohibiting artificial nails

**Leadership Experience:**
- 1 year of charge nurse experience required

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Driver's license required at submittal to confirm residency outside the 50-mile radius
- Experience with EPIC systems preferred (knowledge within the last 6 months beneficial)

**Other Skills and Qualities:**
- Strong emphasis on teamwork and patient care
- Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse beliefs and economic statuses

**Exam and Orientation:**
- Orientation includes a skills exam and 2 days of training

**BSN Requirement:**
- BSN not required
