Summary:

Job Details:

**Experience Required:**
- 2 years recent ICU experience required

**Certifications Required:**
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

**License:**
- Driver's license required at submittal for determining 50-mile radius

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Ability to titrate drips: Vasopressors, paralytics, narcotics, sedation, antiarrhythmics
- Ability to read and interpret Draeger heart monitoring with centralized telemetry monitoring
- Attributes for success: ability to ask questions, positive attitude, willingness to help others, critical thinking skills, personable

**Additional Requirements:**
- Pass/Fail exam during orientation with a 90% pass rate required on skills learned
- Compliance with fingernail policy (artificial nails prohibited)
- Must not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit

**Education:**
- BSN not required

**Other Notes:**
- RN will attend RRTs and Codes
- RNs will float to all inpatient units, excluding Maternity/NICU
- Shifts: 0630-1830, 1830-0630, every other weekend, and holiday requirements.
