**Experience:**
- L & D experience needed, specifically with high-risk labor and delivery.
- Circulator experience for cesarean deliveries required.
- Experience with EPIC and travel experience.
- May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.

**Licensure & Certifications:**
- Nursys Certification.
- License/Certificate Verification required for submission.

**Professional Credentials:**
- Ascension Badge Photo required for onboarding.
- Driver's License/State ID required for submission.
- Ascension Profile required for submission.
- Ascension 2 Professional References required for submission.
- Ascension Criminal Background Check Results for onboarding.
- Ascension EPLS for onboarding.
- Ascension Confirmation of Assignment for onboarding.
- Ascension Employment Verification for onboarding.

**Testing & Health History:**
- Ascension Specialty Exam and Core Competencies required for onboarding.
- MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and 2 Step PPD OR IGRA required for onboarding.
- Health Statement required for onboarding.
- Positive PPD-Negative Chest X-Ray and Influenza Vaccine are optional.
- Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen required for onboarding.

**Education:**
- Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation required for onboarding.
- Ascension Education Verification required for onboarding.
