**Certifications Required:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

**Skills Required:**
- Vents
- Intracranial Pressure (ICP) Monitoring
- Telemetry
- Pulmonary Artery (PA) Lines
- Balloon Pumps
- Intravenous (IV) Start
- SWANZ (Swan-Ganz)

**Experience Required:**
- Minimum 2 years recent Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience
- Previous travel experience preferred

**Additional Qualifications:**
- Minimum 1 year experience required; 3 years required for CPU; 2 years required for MTs and LPNs
- Will not hire without a license
- If license is pending, must have proof that process is underway to be considered

**Preferred Experience:**
- Previous travel experience

**Minimum Experience:**
- 1 year experience required

- Copy of Driver's License
- Proof of residence (candidates with an address at or under 30 miles from where assigned will not be considered; 31-50 miles may qualify for a reduced bill rate)

- Modules completed pre-start, recorded through HealthStream
