Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ICU RN to take an assignment in Mansfield, Ohio.

**Experience and Qualifications Required:**

1. Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent/consecutive experience in ICU in a hospital/acute care setting.
2. Travel experience is required; no first-time travelers, please.
3. Knowledge of medication scanning is required.
4. Valid state license required. Pending licenses not accepted.
5. Epic Experience preferred.
6. Candidates must be able to float to all 3 campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion) if there is a need.

**Certification and Licensure:**

1. BLS & ACLS are required.

**Skills:**

1. Management of dysrhythmias.
2. Arterial line management.
3. Central line care/management.
4. Titrate Cardiac drips.
5. Titrate Vasoactive drips.
6. BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance.
7. Care of Ventilated Patient.
8. Suctioning (ETT, NT).
9. Isolation Precautions/PPE.

**Other Requirements:**

1. COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
2. Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
3. Smoke-Free Facility and Campus.
4. Must have a willingness to float to other campuses ICU Units (Bucyrus & Galion) if census drops to maintain hours.
5. Must make up all missed shifts; If it is your weekend to work during RTO, the traveler must find coverage; if placed on-call, the traveler must return to the facility within 1 hour.

**Work History and References:**

1. Candidate profiles must include two recent supervisory references.
2. Ensure that references are positioned directly after the work history section for review.
3. Any candidates with prior terminations, contract cancellations, or red flags in their employment history should not be submitted.

**Other:**

1. Modules are non-billable, up to 8 hours of modules required - factored into NBO.
2. Modules are completed pre-start, and vary by profession.
3. Modules are recorded through HealthStream.
