Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is looking to add a Director of Global Compensation and US HR Service Delivery to their team.
The Director of Global Compensation & U.S. HR Service Delivery is a critical member of the HR leadership team, responsible for driving the company’s global compensation strategy and ensuring operational excellence in U.S. HR processes. This role designs and delivers competitive, equitable, and performance-driven compensation programs globally, while overseeing U.S. benefits, payroll, and service delivery. The Director partners closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to ensure programs attract and retain top talent, align with business priorities, and scale with global growth.
This position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and collaborates with HR leaders across regions.
*This role is expected to be onsite in Glen Mills, PA 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Global Compensation Leadership
- Execute the company’s global compensation strategy to reinforce culture and business objectives.
- Manage governance and delivery of global compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
- Partner with CHRO on executive pay design and compliance; ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Lead annual compensation planning cycles and rewards review processes.
- Provide insights on pay equity, transparency, and market competitiveness using external benchmarks.
- Communicate compensation philosophy and practices clearly to employees and leaders.
- Oversee U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and well-being programs through a Benefits Manager; ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Design and implement recognition programs that support performance, culture, and inclusion.
U.S. Payroll and Total Rewards
- Lead U.S. service delivery across total rewards and payroll
- Streamline and standardize processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
- Engage stakeholders in design and process execution associated with recognition programs
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR business partners and senior leaders on compensation and HR operations.
- Develop and coach a high-performing team across total rewards and payroll
- Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and other functions to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Monitor market trends and emerging practices in compensation and HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in compensation with global exposure; U.S. benefits and payroll experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits programs across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with HR operations and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
- Excellent analytical and influencing skills; ability to use data to tell a compelling story.
- Proven ability to build and develop teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to operate in a complex, matrixed environment.

Reporting Structure
- Reports to CHRO.
- Direct reports: U.S. Payroll Leader and U.S. Benefits Manager (individual contributors).
- Works closely with regional Total Rewards leaders in Asia and Europe/India.
Salary : $165,000 - $185,000
