Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Junk Shot of Grand Rapids is seeking a Hard Working, Career-Oriented, Reliable Professional with Strong Communication Skills and Great Work Ethic to join our WINNING TEAM in Grand Rapids, MI!

MUST POSSESS A VALID CLASS DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH GOOD DRIVING HISTORY -

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST & BACKGROUND CHECK!!!

*must have experience working for a service-based company, or 1 year of moving, landscape, junk removal experience*

Customer Service experience preferred.

ABOUT THE JOB:

JUNK SHOT is hiring a Full-Time Driver/Technician, who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including the training of staff to professionally remove and properly dispose of unwanted material (junk) from Homes, Apartments, and Businesses.

JUNK SHOT has National Office Headquarters in Tampa, FL, and a PATENT on Junk Removal Systems and Technology!!!

SHIFT : MONDAY - FRIDAY and some SATURDAYS - 30-45 hours per week

PAY: Starting at ($16-19), depending on Experience -

JUNK SHOT Employees are trained to give pricing presentations, operate Patent Pending Software JUNK SHOT 360, and how to properly dispose/recycle unwanted material.

JUNK SHOT Employees are supplied with a full uniform for each day worked and are expected to maintain a professional appearance. Trucks are new and well-maintained.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Remove, Haul, and Dispose/Recycle unwanted material from Single Family Residences, Businesses, & Apartment Communities.

·         Loading, Lifting, & consolidating debris into our dump trucks

·         Removing unwanted furniture, Construction Debris, Lawn / Landscape Debris, clothing, boxes, trash

·         Operation of the company Dump Truck (No Special License Required)

·         Smartphone Data Entry including Before & After job photos

·         Proper Disposal of collected material utilizing a network of disposal facilities

·         Maintain the Company truck by monitoring fluid levels and service records

·         Marketing Activities including but not limited to passing out company flyers/brochures to potential customers

·         Ensure exceptional customer interactions by handling all communications in an efficient and professional manner

·         Follow ALL Procedures to provide appropriate solutions to known issues

·         Provide Courteous and Effective Service to all Clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         High School Diploma or Equivalent

·         Year or more JUNK REMOVAL, MOVING, DELIVERY, LANDSCAPING, MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

·         Excellent communication skills and professional appearance

·         Able to Operate Smartphone Applications

·         Able to follow Detailed Instructions, and make Critical Decisions on YOUR OWN

·         At least 18 Years of age

·         Pre-employment Drug Test, Background Check, and Motor Vehicle Record check are required.
