Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of junk removal specialists to execute daily tasks efficiently and safely.
- Operate Isuzu NRR dump trucks
- Oversee the junk removal jobs
- Conduct routine inspections of trucks and equipment
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients before, during, and after service completion.
- Enforce safety protocol adherence among team members to prevent accidents and injuries during outdoor work activities.
- Assist in training new team members on driving and quoting jobs
Experience
- Clean driving record
- Prior delivery driver experience or route driving background preferred; outdoor work experience highly valued.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting truck issues quickly on-site is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high productivity standards.
