Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Crew Member role located in Reno, NV. The Crew Member will assist with the removal of unwanted materials from residential and commercial properties while representing our brand with professionalism and courtesy. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading items, ensuring proper disposal or recycling, maintaining a clean and organized truck, and providing excellent customer service. Physical activity, such as lifting and moving heavy objects, is a routine part of this role.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and loading items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly practices, recycling, and proper disposal of materials.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, including a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction well.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Experience in a physical labor role, logistics, or related field is a bonus.
