Junk Removal Driver/Loader

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junk Removal Driver/Loader to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting and efficiently loading junk and debris from residential, commercial, and construction sites. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles, including manual transmission models, to pick up and deliver junk removal services.
• Load and unload debris, furniture, appliances, and other items using heavy lifting techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary.
• Follow designated routes for timely pickups and drop-offs, ensuring efficient route driving practices.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns during service appointments.
• Assist with the organization of waste materials on-site to maximize space and safety during loading.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and equipment, performing routine inspections before and after shifts.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Skills

• Proven experience in delivery driving or courier services with a focus on route driving.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Experience with warehouse operations, including heavy lifting, moving items, or using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks involving manual lifting, moving heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions.
