Junk Removal Specialist
Junk Hogs | Draper, UT
Starting Pay: $18/hour
Junk Hogs is looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position helping customers remove unwanted items from homes, apartments, storage units, offices, and construction sites throughout the Salt Lake Valley.
We're looking for team members who are reliable, professional, and willing to work hard. Every day is different, and you'll spend your time helping customers, loading items, driving between jobs, and keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Remove and haul away furniture, appliances, yard debris, and other unwanted items
- Drive a pickup truck and trailer to and from job sites
- Meet with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with job estimates and pricing
- Complete invoices and collect payments
- Load and unload items safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean truck, trailer, and work environment
- Represent Junk Hogs professionally in the community
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly
- Dependable transportation to work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience towing trailers
- Experience in junk removal, moving, landscaping, construction, delivery, or other physical labor jobs
- Customer service or sales experience
