Senior Product Manager
Location: Palo Alto - Hybrid (very flexible here 1-3 days a week on-site)
$200k-250k base pay full benefits

Product Strategy & Ownership
Own and evolve a 1–3 quarter roadmap, balancing customer needs, technical investment, and business goals. Turn vision into clear priorities aligned with company strategy, making smart trade-offs based on impact and effort. Think in systems, not just features.
Customer Insight & Discovery
Build a deep understanding of analyst workflows. Continuously gather insights from interviews, usage data, and sales/support signals. Clearly define problems before solving, factoring in enterprise constraints like governance and compliance.
AI-Native Product Development
Use AI (LLMs, copilots, workflows) as a core tool. Prototype quickly to validate ideas, and identify where AI can improve workflows. Ensure solutions are reliable, explainable, and enterprise-ready.
Product Development & Execution
Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products. Write clear specs, define success metrics, and track impact. Monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain high standards for usability and reliability.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Align teams around shared goals, communicate clearly, and resolve ambiguity quickly. Support product positioning through docs, demos, and customer-facing materials.
Operational Ownership
Own product health, including performance, adoption, and iteration. Build repeatable processes to improve speed and consistency.
Required:
- 8 years in product management (data, analytics, developer tools, or enterprise software).
- Strong knowledge of data workflows and infrastructure.
- Experience working with engineering, APIs, and AI-powered systems
Preferred:
- Startup experience (Series A–C). Comfortable using AI tools and prototyping ideas quickly. Familiarity with Spark, SQL, data pipelines, and orchestration.
- Experience with enterprise customers and data environments.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience shipping AI/ML features.
- Deep knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
