We have been in business for the last 50 years and have a very strong track record in the commercial construction space.
We are seeking a Proposal & Marketing Manager to lead the development and submission of compelling RFP/RFQ responses within the construction sector. This role will partner closely with operations, preconstruction, and executive teams to position the company for new project wins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ response process, including content development, coordination, and submission
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather project data, qualifications, and technical input
- Write, edit, and tailor proposals to align with client requirements and win strategies
- Maintain and update marketing materials, project sheets, and proposal templates
- Manage deadlines and ensure high-quality, compliant submissions
- Support broader marketing initiatives including branding, presentations, and collateral
Qualifications:
- 3 years of marketing or proposal experience in construction, AEC, or related industry
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
- Experience managing RFP/RFQ processes and tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal tools (e.g., InDesign is a plus)
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
