Title: Preconstruction Manager
Location: Lenexa, Kansas
Pay: $125k-$150k base (DOE) 10-35% bonus (DOE) Truck Gas Card

Public Sector - Fire Station, Police Facility, City Halls
Mixed Use - Large Multi Family with Retail, Retail, Class A Office Towers
Healthcare - Medical Offices, Surgical Centers
Qualifications:
- 7 years of industry experienceBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Proven ability to maintain detailed and accurate processes for estimating, bidding, negotiations, and final cost analysis
- Strong understanding of project documentation at both conceptual and schematic design phases
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors, owners, designers, and key stakeholders
