Lead DevOps Engineer | Remote

$200k-$250k base equity


We are a growing FinTech company in the healthcare space that is now looking for a Founding/Lead DevOps Engineer to work on our team on a full time basis remotely.


Required:

  • 7 years working with AWS
  • 3 years with Terraform
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture (production)
  • Experience with SOC 2 (Type 1 or 2)
  • Experience with HIPAA technical controls (must have shipped encryption/acccess/audit controls)


Bonus:

  • Kubernetes
  • Datadog
  • Experience shipping IaC into a customer's cloud account
  • Have workd on sub 30 person engineering teams
  • Lending, capital markets, audited finance background
