Duties
- Prepare ingredients for baking and cooking, including doughs, batters, and fillings, following established recipes and standards
- Assist in baking a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies with precision and attention to detail
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including mixers, ovens, slicers, and other small appliances
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following sanitation protocols and food safety guidelines
- Support food production by measuring ingredients accurately using basic math skills and adhering to recipe specifications
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or bakery environments is highly preferred
