Flex Associate - tech/delivery/warehouse/installation

Juniper Pools is currently seeking a Flex Associate for our Appleton location. This position functions as a multitude of seasonal positions designed to keep employees at full-time hours all year long. Positions cover the following roles throughout the year based on seasonality or current demand.

• Warehouse and Delivery - responsible for all delivery, services, stocking and assembly of product.
• Pool Installation / Service - installation of new above ground pools and liners.
• Spa Services - assist with in-field spa services, such as replacements of parts, diagnoses, and maintenance.

Daily responsibilities will include: (role dependent)

• Receiving product being shipped in
• Storing product in orderly fashion, as assigned by manager
• Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers for delivery
• Delivering product, as part of a team, to customers homes and installing and setting up products
• Assembling product on showroom floors
• Assisting customers load product into vehicles or trailers
• Working with service and delivery team on getting product ready for teams
• Inventory counting
• Accepting and pulling inter company Pos
• Other tasks assigned by management
• Perform various installation tasks according to project specifications
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete installations
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform general laborer duties to construct pools, such as excavation, stone, concrete, and similar work in the construction field
• Clean and prepare job sites for construction activity, using shovels, backhoes, forklifts, and similar equipment
• Load and unload construction materials to and from trucks
• Review and update work orders and details, customer concerns, and any related information relative to repair work

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of manufacturing and delivery practices
• Plumbing experiences is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and change direction
• Ability to follow tasks laid out by management
• Able to lift 75 lbs on a regular basis
• Fork lift certification a PLUS'
