This role oversees day-to-day product management activities, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining features, and coordinating product releases across cross-functional teams such as engineering, operations, sales, and client support. The manager analyzes market trends, client feedback, and performance data to guide product enhancements that strengthen customer relationships and support institutional growth. This position also manages product development initiatives, ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope, and maintains alignment with regulatory, risk, and operational standards. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure products remain competitive, scalable, and effective in simplifying payment processes.
