Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Landscape Nursery Foreman. Our Landscape Nursery Foreman maintains and organizes the plant material needed for our landscape installation projects. Oversees other nursery workers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursery workers and works side by side to complete daily work.
- Maintaining trees, shrubs, and plant material in the nursery located at our landscape install branch
- Unloading deliveries of plant material at the nursery
- Organizing plant material within the nursery
- Pulling the correct plants and materials for each landscape installation project
- Hand-watering
- Moving soil, equipment, and materials
- General upkeep of the nursery
- Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to maintain and move plant material and supplies
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
- Prior Supervisory experience
- Landscape installation experience and plant material knowledge
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
- Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
