Position Highlights
- Part-time: 10–15 hours per week per role
- Hiring for morning & afternoon sessions - 8:30-11:30 and 12:30-3:30
- Additional hours may be scheduled Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM as needed
- $20–$21/hour starting rate

- In-home sessions with both in-person and telehealth BCBA supervision
Requirements
- Active RBT certification with at least 1 year of verifiable experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong data collection and documentation skills
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- No criminal history; must pass background check
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
- Comfortable with technology (apps, email, digital data collection)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in psychology, education, or related field
- Seeking career path in a human service field
About Us

About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes under BCBA supervision
- Work with clients across all ages, with most under the age of 10
- Accurately collect and document session data
- Use reinforcement and prompting strategies effectively
- Maintain a safe and engaging environment
- Participate in BCBA supervision (telehealth and/or in person)
- Communicate professionally with caregivers and team members
