Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional service with a positive attitude
- Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and other vehicles in various outdoor conditions
- Park vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and dealership or facility guidelines
- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request, ensuring accuracy and care during handling
- Assist guests with loading or unloading items when necessary, demonstrating heavy lifting capabilities
- Process cash transactions accurately for valet services, including handling cash, making change, and maintaining receipts
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements smoothly and efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Dealership or automotive service background is a plus, especially familiarity with standard passenger cars and manual transmissions
- Experience as a delivery driver or retail cashier enhances your ability to handle cash transactions confidently
- Outdoor work experience demonstrates comfort working in various weather conditions while maintaining professionalism
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during vehicle handling or loading tasks
