Duties
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner, providing exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including clearing tables and bussing dishes.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Utilize Aloha POS to process transactions and manage orders.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and drinks to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure that all food and beverage orders are prepared and delivered to guests accurately and promptly.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu and ingredients to answer guest questions and provide information about our products.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional sales and guest services.
- Manage time effectively to ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a server role.
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders and tables simultaneously.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and menu items.
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS and other restaurant technology.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
- Sales and guest services skills, with the ability to upsell and provide personalized recommendations.
