Juniper Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN for our Baylor Weekend Program! This position is ideal for a nurse looking for a consistent weekend schedule working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Schedule: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Provide direct nursing care and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents' conditions, take vital signs, and document changes in health status
Administer injections and other treatments within the scope of practice
Provide wound care and monitor catheters as needed
Collect specimens and maintain accurate resident records
Promote resident comfort, safety, and dignity
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Support and guide nursing staff to help maintain quality care and compliance with facility policies
Current, active North Carolina RN or LPN license
Current CPR certification
Associate's degree in nursing preferred for RN candidates
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to resident-centered care and patient safety
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
