Juniper Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LPN to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for a consistent every-other-weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

As an RN/LPN, you will provide quality nursing care to our residents while working as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and medications

• Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition appropriately

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatments

• Following individualized care plans and facility policies

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality resident care

• Supporting a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives

• Every Other Weekend

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of North Carolina

• Previous healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred
