The Expo ensures every dish leaving the kitchen meets spec—accurate, hot, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Review and organize tickets.
- Communicate between BOH and FOH.
- Maintain plating accuracy and speed.
Requirements
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Prior kitchen or expo experience helpful.
