Role: Restorative Aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent through therapy, exercise, programs, and more.
Responsibilities
Assist residents as needed with therapy and restorative actions.
Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience: CNA License and 1 year (Preferred)
