Role: Assists Environmental Services Director in the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the management of the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department.
- Performs general maintenance duties such as painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, carpet cleaning, etc., as assigned.
- Assists in the maintenance of the Environmental Services Log and completes all work orders in a timely fashion.
- Works in a motor vehicle as required or assigned.
- Moves intermittently during working hours. Movement includes, but is not limited to standing, walking, sitting, pulling, lifting, reaching, carrying, pushing, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and twisting.
- Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and carry such weight. Is subject to frequent interruptions.
- A High School Diploma, preferred.

- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver license.
