Liaisons with all other Members of the Leadership Team, Provides guidance, direction and training to Resident Associates regarding Connections implementation. Serves as Manager on Duty as required.

Responsibilities
- Ensures resident safety at all times.
- Embraces Culture Change and resident-centered philosophies
- Ensure compliance with documentation and record keeping to meet current regulatory compliance standards.
- Completion of interest and participation assessments on admission and quarterly thereafter.
- Prepare and update a Connections Plan for each resident within 7 days of admission and quarterly thereafter.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Connections program of the community.
- A High School Diploma, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or another related field is preferred. Certification as Professional is required.
- Previous management experience in healthcare or service-related setting. Computer literate.
- Must have a valid State Drivers License with appropriate CDL class
- Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
- Experience in program design, planning and implementation is desired.
