Job Purpose:
- To provide excellent customer service and maintain a well-stocked and organized grocery department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves with groceries, ensuring proper rotation and facing.
- Assist customers with locating items and answering questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grocery department.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues to management.
- Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries.
Additional Duties: Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to support store operations. Employees will be provided with proper training and protective equipment for any and all assigned tasks that require special handling.
Preferred Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
- Previous grocery or retail experience preferred
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
