Job Purpose:
The Store & Logistics Support Associate ensures seamless store-to-store operations by assisting drivers on delivery routes (without driving) and performing critical in-store tasks when not on routes. This role bridges warehouse logistics and retail operations, requiring adaptability, physical stamina, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicles to deliver products safely and on time to various locations.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Assist with general grocery clerk duties during non-delivery hours, such as stocking shelves, organizing back stock, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.
- Assist customers in the store by providing product information and recommendations.
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and well-maintained.
- Work with the team to ensure the store is tidy and welcoming.
- Follow all safety and traffic regulations while on the road.
- Be ready to pitch in with other tasks as needed to support the team.
Additional Duties: Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to support store operations. Employees will be provided with proper training and protective equipment for any and all assigned tasks that require special handling.
Qualifications:Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment.
- Experience in driving and delivery roles is a plus. -Ability to engage professionally with customers and store personnel, demonstrating good communication and relationship-building skills
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus and will result in higher starting pay. - Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items 50 pounds.
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Workflow Clarity Example Schedule:
- Daily: Loading/unloading truck, stage deliveries for drivers.
- Join a delivery route (5–8 hours) to assist with drop-offs.
