Inside Sales Manager – Build Something Extraordinary
We’re opening a brand-new B2B Inside Sales Center in Dublin, Ohio, and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Manager who’s ready to build something amazing. This is your chance to create a team from scratch, lead with energy, and make a real impact in the K–12 education space.
What You’ll Do
- Build the dream team: Recruit, train, and inspire a group of passionate inside sales reps.
- Lead with energy: Motivate your team to connect educators nationwide.
- Create a winning culture: Celebrate successes, run fun contests, and keep the vibe upbeat.
- Empower growth: Coach reps to develop their skills and hit goals—while loving what they do.
- Use smart tools: Leverage CRM and tech to keep things organized and efficient.
Your Schedule
- 3 days/week: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 2 days/week: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of inside sales management and/or call center management experience
- Proven success in outbound sales leadership
- Strong coaching and people-development skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems and MS Office
- Thrives in fast-paced, “let’s build this together” environments
