Position Summary
Junior Achievement USA (JA USA) is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support the promotion and growth of JA’s Learning Experience product lines. This role is ideal for an early to mid-career professional with foundational marketing knowledge who is eager to learn and grow while contributing to JA’s mission of inspiring and preparing young people to succeed. The Marketing Manager will help execute marketing strategies, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase awareness and engagement.

The Marketing Manager will help execute marketing strategies, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase awareness and engagement.
Essential Functions
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to support JA learning experiences.
- Coordinate logistics for multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, and print), ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Draft and edit marketing content including brochures, website copy, social media posts, and email templates.
- Monitor campaign metrics, compile reports, and share insights with the team.
- Support product launches and updates with basic marketing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and JA Areas to align messaging and maintain brand consistency.
- Contribute to market research, audience insights, and competitive scans.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Marketing team as needed.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships or project-based experience welcome).
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as email platforms, social media scheduling tools, or content management systems.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of K–12 education or nonprofit program delivery.
- Demonstrated passion for youth education and social impact.

Salary : $54,000 - $70,000
