What are the responsibilities and job description for the Impact and Partnerships Manager position at Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans?
Who We Are
We believe young people deserve real access to careers, mentors, and opportunities that help them imagine — and build — their futures. We create hands-on, relationship-driven programs that connect students with employers, volunteers, and community partners who show up for youth in meaningful ways.
Position Summary
The Director of Impact & Partnerships is a youth-first leader who grows and mobilizes the relationships that make our programs possible. You will build employer and community partnerships, inspire and support volunteers, and ensure career-connected experiences are engaging, well-executed, and rooted in what students need to thrive. You’ll also lead key impact systems — tracking participation, capturing outcomes, and translating program results into strong grant reporting and continuous improvement.
This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting people to purpose, translating relationships into real opportunities for young people, and balancing big-picture strategy with on-the-ground program excellence.
