As we continue to grow, we are looking for a contract Operations Manager (3–4 months) to help us execute a few high-priority initiatives and strengthen the way work moves across the organization.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a strong operator who can quickly understand priorities, bring structure to fast-moving work and ensure follow-through across multiple projects. We’re looking for someone who thrives in environments where clarity, speed, and resourcefulness matter—someone who naturally improves systems, demonstrates flexibility and creativity, removes friction, and helps teams stay focused on what matters most.
Location & Details- Hybrid (4 days remote, 1 day in-office)
- Start: ASAP
- Contract: 3–4 months
- Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
- Lead 2–3 priority projects from start to finish, including a CRM rollout
- Identify and implement practical, creative process improvements across teams
- Keep projects organized by managing timelines, tasks, and follow-ups
- Build simple workflows and systems that improve efficiency and clarity
- Use technology and AI tools to streamline repetitive and manual tasks
- Support the CEO with coordination, follow-through, and execution details
- Step in to solve problems and keep work moving when things are stuck
- Document processes so improvements are sustainable beyond the contract
- Strong executor who takes initiative and follows through without needing direction
- Naturally organized with a clear sense of priorities in fast-moving environments
- Curious and resourceful—you figure things out quickly and independently
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using technology, including AI tools, to improve efficiency
- Strong communicator who can work across teams and functions
- Experience in operations, project coordination, or nonprofit environments preferred
- CRM experience is a plus
- You move quickly and don’t overcomplicate things
- You focus on outcomes, not process for process’ sake
- You are comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean organization
