POSITION SUMMARY
The Partnerships Manager is a key member of JACF’s Philanthropy team, responsible for executing corporate partnership strategies and supporting the delivery of high-quality fundraising events. This role manages a defined portfolio of partners and sponsors, contributing to annual revenue goals while ensuring strong relationship stewardship and consistent execution of advancement initiatives. THIS IS A FUNDRAISING POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR REVENUE GOALS of $500,000
Working under the guidance of senior advancement leadership, the Manager plays a hands-on role in partner engagement, event logistics, and pipeline development. The ideal candidate is an experienced fundraising or account management professional who is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundraising & Corporate Engagement
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners, sponsors, and donors to meet assigned revenue goals
- Execute fundraising strategies established by senior leadership for programs and events
- Support the development of proposals, sponsorship materials, and impact reports
- Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and renewal
- Identify and qualify new prospects in coordination with leadership
- Maintain accurate partner records in the CRM and support pipeline tracking and reporting
Event Execution & Support
- Coordinate and execute assigned fundraising events, which may include:
- Mid-Florida Business Hall of Fame
- Driving Dreams Golf Invitational
- JA Bowl-A-Thon events
- Additional events as assigned
- Support event planning logistics, including vendor coordination, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure sponsor benefits are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Assist with budget tracking and post-event reporting
- Serve as a point of contact for sponsors and vendors during event execution
Leadership Council Coordination
- Support the management and coordination of the JACF Leadership Council
- Assist with meeting logistics, communications, and engagement opportunities
- Help facilitate member involvement in events, fundraising, and volunteer activities
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new members
- Coordinate recognition and stewardship efforts for Council participants
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Finance teams to support partnership and event execution
- Ensure alignment of sponsorship deliverables with branding and programmatic goals
- Assist in gathering data and insights to support reporting and continuous improvement
Team & Operational Support
- Assist in tracking progress toward fundraising and event goals
- Prepare reports, presentations, and partner communications
- Support departmental planning and administrative needs as requested
- Contribute to a collaborative and accountable team culture
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, sales, account management, or event coordination
- Experience supporting sponsorships, partnerships, or fundraising events
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Monday.com, Slack, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Reliable transportation and availability for occasional evening and weekend events

JOB LEVEL COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000
- The starting salary for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, including education, relevant experience, and alignment with the position’s requirements.
- Please note that initial offers typically fall within the lower to mid-range and not at the top of the scale. The posted salary range reflects compensation for candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for this role.
- Salary increases are reviewed annually and may be considered based on individual performance, merit, and organizational budget capacity.
