Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Conduct detailed custodial tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and trash removal to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Execute specialized floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to maintain optimal floor appearance and durability.
- Assist with industrial cleaning projects and facilities maintenance tasks to support overall building operations.
- Support residential painting projects by preparing surfaces and maintaining a clean workspace during renovations or touch-ups.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional cleanliness.

Skills
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning environments with strong janitorial or custodial background.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing.

- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with Porter duties or general maintenance work is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
